These cakes are triple layer sponge, biscuit or fruit. The support structure in our cakes are made from food grade dowels, which means you can have any flavour on any tier. These cakes can be finished in a range of different ways such as a simple ribbon, edible lace, pearls, handmade flowers, hand piped brush embroidery, ruffles, mouldings and much more.
