Non-Fondant Wedding Cakes
These cakes are triple layer sponge, biscuit or fruit. The support structure in our cakes are made from food grade dowels, which means you can have any flavour on any tier. These are decorated with either buttercream or royal icing and finishes include smooth, rustic, rose ruffle or other piped techniques. These cakes work very well with fresh flowers which can be provided by ourselves or your florist.
